FSCA Meetings

There are two types of meetings: General Membership meetings and Board of Governors Meetings. General Membership meetings are open to the public while Board of Governor meetings are closed to the public.

In reality, we love it when community members attend any meetings, and you won't be turned away from either type of meeting. But there may be some board votes that need to be private during which we will ask the public to step outside the room briefly. This rarely happens. We love for Four Seasons residents to attend meetings.

At the general membership meetings, we try to plan for outside speakers to come and talk about topics of interest to the community.

During Board of Governors meetings, we focus more on the business of the board like budgets, ongoing legal issues, contracts, negotiations with developers, status updates on community projects, etc.
